Although Water Quality Options has been in business since 2009 installing, troubleshooting and fixing water softeners, I've been in the water treatment industry for over 40 years. I contacted Dave for help with my water softener. He was open and honest about the issue I was experiencing. We worked together over the phone, and I was able to get my water softener up and running again. He didn't charge me for his time and hoped that the steps we took over the phone resolved the problem. Most companies wouldn’t take the time to troubleshoot over the phone because they prioritize making money. I will definitely reach out to Dave for my future service needs.

Dave was very responsive to my request for service for my water softener. I got a call from him the same day I requested service through Thumbtack and we set up a service call for the next day. He only took 30 minutes to diagnose and correct my problem and fix my water softener and I'm happy to say it is working great. He also answered all my questions and his fee was very reasonable. Thanks Dave!
Dave responded very quickly and was able to come out the same day to look at my water softener which wasn’t working very well. He redid all the settings which I had not been able to figure out and made sure it was working. Very pleased and would hire him again to either fix or replace a water softener.
