These guys are pros when it comes to water damage. I had a ggay water leak from my dishwasher and within one day of my initial inquiry, Isaac inspected the damage, provided a readonable quote. They ran dehumidifier for more than enough time and inatalled new flooring, better than than the original one. I would definitely recommend water masters
I was so happy to find Isac and Watermasters! For my house built in 1955, we completed a renovation/expansion in 2020. One part of the floor (which was previously a bathroom and is now part of the dining room) has been a bit uneven since the renovation. As a result, planks of the interlocking flooring were cracking. My regular handyman (who's usually great) had refused the job because he didn't want to deal with potentially bigger problems with the subfloor. Isac evaluated the situation, and came up with a plan to even out the subfloor and replace the damaged planks without affecting the nearby cabinets, etc. He provided a very reasonable quote, and was patient as I tracked down additional boxes of replacement flooring. He scheduled the work on a day that was convenient for me, and he and his assistant put in a long day to get everything completed. When we had an issue with one plank, he came in quickly to even out the subfloor and replace the plank. The floor is now flat and looks great, and you can't tell the new planks from the old planks. I definitely recommend Watermasters.
I had a good amount of water damage in my kitchen from a pot that leaked. Luckily I found watermasters and Rudy called me right away. He came over the next day and fixed it. Did an excellent job matching the existing boards and color. I can’t even tell where the new boards start and stop. He was on time, professional and very nice. I have recommended Rudy to all my neighbors!

When we changed our minds about the flooring we had initially picked, he went the extra mile to help us get a new set—something not everyone would do. Issac came on time, was very patient and explained and helped with finding the matching floor i wanted to get installed . I could bot use the services due to my flooring unavailability in the time frame i needed it to fit but i would definitely would want to work with Issac - watermasters in future given the patience and efforts he put in to meet my requirements.
Got old tile floor removed in a 1969 home and installed vinyl tiles. Extremely pleased with the work this team did. The project was done on time and according to the original quote despite the floor not being fully leveled and there being some dry rot on one of the cabinets. The team fixed both issues as part of the project and still we're done within the original timeline. Highly recommend. Very very happy with our new kitchen floor!
I normally don’t write reviews, but Isac Reyes and his team were so amazing and did such a great job installing my flooring that I had to tell you all. My project was to install flooring in three bedrooms and four flights of stairs, and I was on a tight deadline. They were honest, respectful, and trustworthy. The quality of work is a 10 out of 10. Isac communicated every step of the job with me. Him and his team went on above their job duties to get the job done and make me as a customer happy. (no, this really happened) They even cleaned everything up before they left. That never happens. The customer service and care that this company provides is very rare in this day and age.
