The guys at Waterwise are professional and prompt! They answered my thumbtack request in a matter of minutes and got someone to come out the same day. After assessing my water heater, Corey, the technician was very transparent with us and gave us a deal on a new unit and installation. He completed installation in under 3 hours… Very efficient!!

I had a great experience with WaterWise. They completed a very complex job on my property by digging up dirt around my sewer line, jetting the line, and installing a new clean out so it would not need to be dug up again. The job took multiple hours but their team got it done and cleaned everything up afterwards. Would highly recommend them!
Corey is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He was prompt and did not leave a mess for me to clean behind him. I will definitely use Water Wise Plumbing again.
Water wise plumber wanted to charge me $5k to replace my Rinnai tankless water heater that has no hot water one day before July 4th . I had to prepay $59 for trip charge . I sent them packing after I tried to ask if I can find my own heater and let him replace for Labour only but he refused . I went on Facebook marketplace and bought a new tankless for $100 and paid an honest plumber $200 to replace which was an hours work. Never using water wise plumbers again !
Cory came out and installed a new injection plumbing pump. This company responded quickly and got my plumbing system back up and running for a fair price. Cory did a great job explaining all the details so I understood the process and what to expect. I’ve since had him install a main waterline as well. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend Waterwise Plumbing Company.
thanks
Corey from Water Wise was great to work with, he reached out quickly and was able to come out on my schedule. My shower was cleared and running smoothly in just a few minutes.
The team at WaterWise Plumbing was very responsive and scheduled service within a couple of days. The service call was very quick and the plumber was very polite.
Inquired about a plumbing issue and WaterWise Plumbing was able come out and service my toilet within a few hours. I was very pleased overall from start to finish.
I feel that I money was taken and the job not done. I have to hire another plumber to get the job done and had to pay for a 2nd time was the 1st plumber stated that he done. I feel robed
Had angel come out to see what's going on with my tankless water heater. He did an amazing job of finding out the issue and providing me with a in depth explanation about the system and what needed to be done. Came back the next day to correct it. Had no issues since.
