Their pricing is awfully high and the efforts to upcharge and upsale is ridiculous. I work on alot of rehabs in Charlotte and Wilmington area and had them quote work on a rehab in Supply, NC for the first time. The sales pitch was sad as I listened, knowing what I know. I definitely recommend Mr. Sparky or an independent electrician. For Example, I was quoted $1,380 to add an outlet and Mr Sparky is charging $350 for same exact work. I also just simply know from experience that adding an outlet is market price $300-$400. As the guy kept rambling, the final quote was $20k+. Im paying Mr. Sparky $3k to resolve same issues.
