Pros: The crew was friendly, arrived right on time, and was available on short notice, which was a huge plus. Cons: My moving experience was disappointing due to a lack of preparation. Despite my clear communication that the stairs in my home are very narrow, the crew arrived completely unprepared and without essential equipment such as dollies, pads, or straps. As a result, they struggled to move my furniture, causing noticeable damage to my walls, doors, and the furniture itself. The company’s response to the extensive damage was to provide a meager $75 discount, which I found to be an insufficient and frustrating resolution.

I hired this company for my move and they were able to get the job done with less than a day notice. There were about 6 guys who came out to do the move, and they all worked very hard to get the job done. They are a great option especially at the last minute as Phil will make sure he keeps the lines of communication open and get some guys out to complete the job. I love more than anything that his guys are really hard workers!!!

Waugh is an amazing moving company. The guys came and move my things quickly, with gentle care. They packed up my things and unloaded my things to the storage unit and a great timely matter. I will be using them every move I make.

Waugh Enterprises was a lifesaver for us. We had hired All My Sons Moving & Storage to move us out of our apt and they continually lied to us about what time they would show up. After five hours, I gave up and called Waugh in desperation, asking if they would be able to move us right now. They were able to accommodate us and came as quickly as they were able to get their truck. We started the move around 5:30pm and managed to get out of the apt without having to pay for an extra day. Waugh's team was wonderful to work with. They were professional and careful with our furniture, even when we said they were cheap and we didn't mind if it got scratched. They have an amazing work ethic with great attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough!
