Chris from way better heating and cooling responded to my service request within 5 minutes, and was able to come out the next day, he arrived 15 minutes early. Very clean and professional, he has very fair rates and completed annual cleaning of the furnace within 90 minutes. Highly recommend !!!!!

This was my second great experience with Chris. First was during the summer when my AC broke on a 90 degree day and this time when my boiler broke during this cold winter. Excellent service on short notice We had no heat and the entire house was freezing, so this was an urgent situation. They showed up on short notice, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got the heat working again the same day. Very professional, straightforward, and efficient. Pricing was fair given the urgency, and I really appreciated their willingness to come out quickly and get everything resolved. Would absolutely recommend and would call them again if needed.
