We hired an independent contractor that didn’t complete our job and WD Plumbing was quick and responsive to resolve the issue! I would hire them again and again during to the quality and care they put into getting our bathtub back together.
I originally found a leak due to the city posting a leak detection notice on my door, along with the increased water bill. After finding out it was due to a burst pipe next to the city line, both Alejandro and Roy came out and replaced the broken pipe and installed a pressure reduction valve on the same day, replacing and installing insulation boxes on both. They did a professional job for a fair price, and left me with peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about burst landscaping pipes again.
They arrived a couple of hours early, fresh and clean. Looked at my water line on the refrigerator and told me it was a seven hour job and would cost $1000. I let them know I knew this was at max a two hour job and should be a few hundred. I hired another plumber and it took him an hour and half including his trip to Home Depot and cost $450. Job included a new water line and a new disconnect. Also the second plumber pointed out the water heater was turned up too high and showed me some scorched insulation, explained a fire issue, The first plumber, WD, saw the same but offered no suggestion to Prevent A Fire! I wonder if they were waiting to sell me a new water heater. I wasn't going to write a review but feel I owe it to the public.

Good common sense approach
Let me tell you about my plumber Alejandro and his apprentice Roy nothing less than phenomenal. As you can see by the before and after these guys are the truth!! I am so happy I was out of hot water for a month getting the run around before contacting WD Plumbing. They came out assessed the issue, came back the following day and for right to work. They even handled contacting the city inspector. The master plumber Alex also was phenomenal especially with communication. Listen I highly recommend WD Plumbing I rate them 10/10. Thanks guys!
Punctual, professional, and proud - the perfect combination! STRONGLY recommend this company; thank you, Alejandro and Roy! I cannot say enough wonderful things about WD Plumbing or Alejandro and Roy. Our water heater started leaking pretty severely. I messaged WD, and within a few minutes, Roy called and asked how he could help. He and Alejandro were able to come out (and exactly within their predicted window!), diagnose the problem, and fix it, all in the same day. They were very respectful of our house and our time. Alejandro explained the issue and possible solutions clearly. Our issue required a replacement water heater, and they managed to secure a new (better) one of the same brand in the same afternoon. After Alejandro and Roy installed, they took the time to explain and demonstrate the new features and other important things regarding the system. Alejandro takes great pride in his work, and it’s well earned - it both looks and functions better and safer now! We are very satisfied with our care and recommend WD Plumbing, Roy, and Alejandro.
