Reviews
Great job coming out quickly to replace front lock and other lock. Came right away and job was done quickly and cleanly.
Alex was our technician and was able to key all of the locks to a single key. We were informed when he was running a bit later than we expected which was very helpful. He was very, very professional. Just wish he could have made us some copies. Apparently the key cutter had broken down earlier in the day. I hate going to other places for duplicates. All good in the end though with all locks working! Thanks again.
Excellent work. Expensive but high quality and informed.
Did a huge task for me of installing an electronic keypad and did a great job! Would recommend to a friend, very punctual and great communication
He was punctual, professional, amenable, and did a great job. The only thing I would share is that I would have preferred to know the price or at least an estimate before I met him at my property. I was not expecting to pay $500 for two locks. Given that I came all the way from MD, I didn't want to have to come back up to meet with someone else so I paid it.
Ron arrived right on time, was professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He installed my Yale smart lock in literally just a couple of minutes, super efficient and clearly knows what he’s doing. What stood out most was how pleasant and kind he was. He made sure everything was working perfectly, and made the whole process feel effortless. I’ll definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Paramus area.
Ron from ASAP was great to replace a costly and hard to find lock at his earliest convenience. He is responsive and knowledgeable. Had a great experience. Thank you!!
Good job
Ron responded in minutes. He came to my house within two hours. He even took his sneakers off to enter the house. He was polite. He even gave me the breakdown of what may happen and the price differences. He opened up my safe within 4 minutes. He sent me a professional receipt via text. And he went on his merry way. Great deal. Great success.
