Jeff and his crew built a great deck for my home. I had a 25 year old wood deck that needed to be replaced, and in four days they had a beautiful new composite deck in its place. Jeff helped me select an excellent color to go with my stucco house, and his team finished the project with a sturdy, good-looking black railing and steps down to the ground. Overall, Jeff and his team did great work at a very reasonable price.
We had a very tight timeline for a new deck and Jeff and his crew were able to finish a beautiful new deck, despite the rains that delayed the project a few times. An extension that was added to our deck by the previous owners decided to pull away from the original deck, due to insufficient bracing, about a month before our daughter's wedding. We'd planned the next-day after bar b que for 70 out of town guests, so a collapsing deck was terrifying. Jeff's crew whacked a support beam one time and the entire extension came off. We are extremely happy with our new deck and the work that was done.
I loved everything about our experience with We Build It. The owner was super responsive and gave a lot of thought about our unique deck structure (half of our deck was over part of our garage so we had to waterproof that part between demo and rebuild). The team was super professional and built a rock-solid structure that should last twenty years, easily. I would recommend them to anyone.
Perfect expertise from I itial outreach to completion. Very responsive, incredible value for quality, clear communication with expectation being clearly set and over delivered in. I’m very pleased with our new deck and would recommend Jeff and his team to anyone. I will be hiring them back whenever I need a similar project in the future
Working with Jeff and his team made was stress free and helped me visualize what I wanted. His prices are very competitive and his team does great work. Highly recommend.
On time for the agreed price with good quality. Thanks Jeff.
They did a good job and it looks great. There were just a couple of things that didn’t turn out exactly the way I wanted. But in all fairness, my space was a bit challenging due to slope and limited space.
Installed deck facia, the miter cuts were perfect. Project went very well, the crew were very particular about their work!
Jeff and his team are professionals! Excellent attention to detail, excellent communication, and a quality final product. I’d happily recommend this team to anyone who needs a deck. Thanks again, Jeff and team!
Jeff & his crew did a great job on my deck for a reasonable price. He even threw in a small platform ( at no charge)next to back door to make stepping out to the deck easier & and safer .
Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job on our new deck! Very happy with the results and we felt the cost was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend!
We are thrilled with our new deck. Jeff and his team are highly skilled and their bid was extremely fair. Jeff met with us 3 times and brought materials to our house and was very patient and thorough. Would hire again without hesitation.
Jeff has just completed both my back deck and front porch. He was wonderful to work with, patient in explaining various options and responsive regarding any concerns or small tweaks I wanted to make to the project along the way. His crew was efficient and courteous. I’ve already recommended We Build It LLC to friends!
Jeff is truly horrible with communication. His crew connected the rail back crooked, broke the collar, and won't return my calls (see picture). He made promises to come back and still has not. He will reject your calls and then text back, very unprofessional. He didn't want to face the fire he caused. I would reach out to other contractors next time as Jeff will treat you like you are stupid. Do not pay him in full. He will not come back to fix any damages he had caused. He gave me a quote, and after I paid, he not only lowered his original price, but he won't pay it back. He also said his "book keeper" made a mistake (see screenshot). After proving him wrong he will just ignored my texts. He knew how much we paid and came up with the most ridiculous excuses. This guy is a common contractor. Hire somebody you know and can trust. I will be going to the BBB site to report this.
Jeff and D went over and above to make a beautiful composite deck during challenging times. You can tell they take pride in their work and we’re happy to work through the details of all our customizations and challenging stair case. We recommend them to anyone who wants to get the job done right at a great value.
I am really happy with my new patio cover and patio. They look real nice and I am getting a lot of use out of them. I have had 0 problems with the workmanship. The guy even made custom mouldings so the finish work looked great! I wouldn't hesitate to ask them to do another project.
Jeff and Johnny did an amazing job on our deck railing installation. The project started a few weeks after the initial quote and only took a few days to complete. Johnny even installed a retractable baby gate for us! We are so happy with how it turned out and can’t recommend this team enough.
Jeff’s team did a great job on my deck remodel! Not only did it increase in size, it is very sturdy and beautiful. It was done within the time promised. I would definitely hire this company again!
Jeff and team were great to work with and the work is high quality.
