I highly recommend this company. I especially liked the price it cost me, which was very reasonable. The three movers: Buck, Ozzie, and Henry were great, and they helped me make sure the medical bed I ordered was put together correctly. They were very polite and professional. The ‘5’ star rating was well earned.
I cannot recommend this moving company to others - please beware before booking them. The moving team behaved unprofessionally in my home (physically and verbally fighting with each other) and were careless and incompetent with the actual job resulting in significant damage to my personal property and rental property I was vacating.
It took them 45 minutes to get my sectional sofa in the moving truck. They smelled like weed and were slow. I had another moving company for my arrival (long distance) and the difference was night and day in terms of speed and know how. The guys I got did not strike me as experience or professional. I paid for 2hrs of moving, but decided they would just run the clock and had to send them away and finish myself with my 70 year old Dad. It took us 4 more hours but didn’t cost 1000$. In the middle of that, I had been exhausted and was driving when I started getting texts asking when I would close out my bill.

The men who came to move us were very friendly. However, they arrived with out tools, no plastic to prptect furniture (antiques) and no protective blankets/padding. They had to leave the the job to go and find the equipment. They broke an expensive bed frame that we need to have replaced. The owner said that thier insurance will help with the cost. Even though the workers were very nice to work with, I canmot recommend this compamn

They came prepared and successfully moved my piano from downstairs to the main level. I would highly recommend this team!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Person running the company forgot which day we agreed on. I had a 10AM move and they changed it on the day-of to 5PM. They then showed up another hour after that with a truck that was too small for the job. Once they arrived they told me they weren't sure if they could move all my furniture and it would cost $165 more than what we originally discussed. I turned them away and now they won't return my 50% deposit. Do not work with this company they are unorganized, will show up late, and will change terms of the agreement on the fly. They are also underinsured and will cover at most $0.60/lb of damaged goods. You do the math and decide if your valuables should be left in their hands. Would avoid at all costs.

I scheduled this team about 1.5 months out to be safe with getting assistance with packing my home. Communication seems to be a failure on the managing side, as I really had no idea till the day of when or if they would be showing. The poor guys showed up very timely and had no idea what the job entailed. I think the men were polite, and professional, but some packing choices left me wondering if they didn’t do it often. I purchased foam wrapping for my dishes, and they used paper to wrap them. Okay— good substitute but I pointed it out when we started to use them. Also I have wardrobe boxes which make putting clothing in easier, and they didn’t use them. One star less for communication and one star less for not using the items purchased to pack. Overall, I’m thankful they showed, but improvements can be made.
We settled on Monday then Sunday the manager asked to do it Tuesday. I was told he would send 3 guys and "just get it done" when i told him i could only afford 2 hours.The movers were nice, however they broke some of my most precious stuff and said nothing. They showed up with a piano in the truck. Then kept me waiting 2 hours while they went to the dump. Then when I said I could handle the rest if they just moved it in the building, they insisted on brining it up the elevator and to the apartment, taking additional time. I assumed they were making up for the inconvenience so I agreed. Then after they left taking 4 hours total. I received a call a few minutes after they left asking me to pay my invoice. They charged me for 6 hours of work. When I called the manager he told me that was that and insinuated I was trying to scam him. He gave me a bogus payment option that would allow me to make payments but only for the full 6 hour charge. I am unwilling to do that. They only worked 4 hours and they broke or ruined a lot of my things. I have the invoice I agreed to in my email but I am unable to pay it because it is blocked on square. I would get things in writing and use a stop watch if you decide to use them.
Very pleased with the short work they made carrying our heavier items from the house to the PODS and garage.

I was just disappointed that my new flooring and all of the walls and door jams were all pretty beat up.Especially since I just had the entire house renovated. guys help me out two different times and I appreciate you and your wonderful nobody can be perfect. I’m sure if I can bring in the furniture. I would’ve banged it all over the place myself so I can’t complain too much. Everybody was professional all times I’ve used them and I’m sure my moving to go south( for retirement in the next year or two, I perhaps might be using you again ! looking forward to it.
It really pains me to leave a bad review but after careful consideration, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience. I hired Hannah and her team to pack and move a lightly furnished one-bedroom apartment. The move was less than 1 mile. Pros: - The three gentlemen who handled the heavy lifting were polite and courteous. - She did refund the cost of one dish that I noticed was broken before they left, although I later discovered additional damage. Cons: - They arrived a staggering 2 hours late. Did not even apologize. - Did not handle my belongings with care. -- Dishes and glass tumblers were shattered. -- Furniture suffered chips and scratches. -- My $1000 espresso machine was chipped when she carelessly threw loose metal gadgets into the box from waist height. -- A box came undone during transit. Many items are now missing. - The packing itself seemed subpar, as some boxes were excessively filled with heavy items, leading to ripping during the short <1 mile move. - A whole drawer and an under sink cabinet were completely missed during packing. - Appeared rushed, seemingly eager to move on to their next job located 1.5 hours away. - Her lack of urgency when asked to move the U-Haul for the other truck's convenience was frustrating, as she was preoccupied with her phone, filming rather than addressing the situation promptly. - Demanded payment immediately after they left, only for me to discover more damage afterward. - When I raised concerns about missing items, Hannah's response was defensive and evasive, providing long messages that sidestepped my questions and shifted blame. Furthermore, I find it difficult to believe that the manager was entirely honest. She claimed to have attended SU for a Bachelor's degree, taken the MCAT, and was now a nursing student on break. However, it was later revealed in another review that she was only 19 years old as of last year. As a med student, I find this claim incredulous. Overall, my experience with this moving service was exceedingly disappointing. They failed to meet their promises and exhibited unprofessional and defensive behavior. I strongly advise against using their services, as the lack of care and accountability overshadowed any potential benefits they might have offered. I would NOT recommend their services.
Excellent experience! Two movers came and unloaded our truck with care and super quick. Not to mention they were able to show up on a few hours notice after another company no-showed. Highly recommend!
