The guys were very professional & they had done a great job handling my furniture. The price was also very reasonable. On the other hand they were running a little late on arrival at the pick up spot but they did apologized & gave me $50 off my bill. So I give these guys a thumbs up & I will definitely use them again. Thanks again guys!!! š
Nice people great prices will recommend to friends and family. Didn't hurt any furniture and handled with care. Thanks!
I had a very large one bedroom apt furnishing to move one mile to my newly purchased and remodeled condo. My furniture includes a very heavy vintage 9 foot couch. That had to be moved down a flight and then up 2 flights. Brandon and his crew of Terrance, Manny and Anthony handled my job easily and never faltered. In particular, my favorite was Terrance who went above and beyond. You will be fortunate if he is on your crew. Moving can be some of the worst days in anyoneās life and Brandon will take care of your needs and then some.
This company did a great job moving this monster of a hot tub onto our pool deck. I highly recommend them if you need something moved.
The company is a scammer give an estimate but the reality completely different , not assembly also took so long . I have pictures donāt organize I donāt blame the employees I blame the owner he is a scammer I have pictures and I am going to court . Started 9 am and left 9 pm my townhouse is small also I put everything in the boxes .
They did a great job and loaded up pretty quickly even though it was a huge truck.
The movers, Ali and Anthony, were very friendly and sweet, good people. However, their boss Brandon is a cruel and selfish thief. And the whole experience ended up being a nightmare. I lost money and property, which are the two things you're trying to protect when you hire a mover. Brandon took my card for a $100 deposit, which was my first mistake. After the move, I had budgeted out exactly what I needed for the 3 hour move. But then they said I had to pay for travel back - which is ridiculous anyway because why would I have to pay for them to travel back home? What movers have you heard of that ever paid for that for a short inner city move? Not only that, but the rate of travel was not revealed to me in detail, I was simply told I had to pay an extra $130 dollars for them to travel back home (again, this move all took place in Orlando). But, the real nonsense was when I said I only have enough for the move itself today, and I would have more tomorrow. Their boss Brandon began to try and guilt trip me, saying he couldn't trust my word, that he'd have to draw up paperwork, and take me to court if I didn't pay, and that'd be "a pain", (Cost of doing business anyone?) and then his movers would have to stay while he drew up the paperwork (why would they?) and that it'd be more expensive for me. I said okay repeatedly to all of this, that no matter what, I couldn't just invent the extra $130 money out of thin air, and just for him to do what he needed to do regarding paperwork and I would sign it. Well, after all of that whining and complaining, Brandon decided to just charge my card without my authorization for the amount they quoted me. Which left me SOL for my rent payment. Brandon obviously did not care if me or my kids starved, if we had a place to stay, or for all he knew, if I had a life saving surgery that I needed the money for the next day. So, he definitely didn't care about small things like "authorized consent" or sticking to his own word. He clearly felt that having bad customer service over a small 3 hour move and the impact the subsequent negative review would have on his business was worth the risk. Then, I come to find out that the movers did not wrap my flat screen TV AT all and simply put it in the truck, unprotected. And predictably, the screen impacted from the vibrations of the truck and shattered. This TV has been through 4 moves and never had an issue. But this is the company that took it out. So, now I'll have to go through my credit card company to let them know about this unauthorized transaction, and I'm sure the paperwork for that and for my shattered 42 inch TV (if they even have liability insurance...Otherwise, court will be in our future) and recovering from this review will be a lot more of "a pain" then just not being a shady, inconsiderate person with terrible customer service and properly training his movers would have been. If you still want to go through with this company after reading this review, go ahead. But your money AND your property is at risk. I'm just glad that I didn't use this company for a larger move than a single bedroom.
I am not one to complain at all, but there were a couple issues I had with my move. First off I had agreed to a time of 10am and the movers had arrived at 10:30. Not the biggest deal for me, but I am someone who is punctual and should expect the same. Two. The movers didnāt follow my directions when it came to moving my standing desks. I had asked for it to be carried only by the legs. Anyone who had used one of these desks know that the tops are more or less sitting on the frame with quarter inch screws. I had also found the control buttons for the standing desk was taken off as well, not sure where the screws on that went. Lastly the movers were not very good at angles when it came to removing larger pieces of furniture which is something I sort of expected when hiring someone. My couch had to be re-angled so many time that they decided to take the legs off (not a big deal I know how to screw them back on, but the movers who brought it in had no issue at all with the couch) The thing that bothered me with that is that they failed to put the legs back on, they lost several screws, and the liner at the bottom of the couch was torn and ripped off. I have screws and I have a stapler gun and know how to fix these things. I donāt however expect to have to do these things when Iām paying someone to professional move something. The good is that I was quoted for about 4.5 hours and they did it in 3.5 with travel calculated in there. The 65 inch tv which I did not have a box to had no damage whatsoever with their packaging and care of it. Overall Iām moved in, and Iām happy about that. I will be more vocal next time though about how to do certain things, I happen to like to let the professionals do their thing and stay out of their way most of the time.
Brandon, I have to give credit where credit is due. Mikeās crew on Saturday was terrific they did everything they could to please us with no excuses and none of our furniture was damaged in the 10 hour move. We will be working with you again in the future. Possibly the best move weāve ever had.
