We booked We Set the Bar for my Wife’s 50th. Darel and his Team @ We Set The Bar are amazing. This was our first time hiring a bartending service and we had a lot of questions, Darel responds to your messages and questions promptly and even though he was unable to attend he sent mixologists, Johnny & Nigeria who were the utmost professionals and such sweet personalities. They kept the drinks flowing and all the guests Happy and Entertained😃 We would definitely be referring to our family and friends, Thanks again Darel 🍻🥂🙏🏽

Darel did everything! I showed up early to my event and he was already set up. Much appreciated and will book him again.
Our experience with Darel & his team was absolutely AMAZING!! We had signature cocktails and they were delicious. They also had items to make lots of other drinks. All of our guests raved about the amazing hospitality his team provided. They were so respectful and provided quality service. Please book them for your event!!
Darel is the best! We hired him to bartend my 40th birthday party and are so happy we did. The party had nearly 50 people and Darel served everyone delicious drinks with a calm demeanor and a smile. We can't wait for another excuse to hire Darel!
We had a wonderful experience with Darrel’s bartending at our baby shower! He was incredibly professional, friendly, and made fantastic drinks that everyone absolutely loved. His easygoing personality added to the fun atmosphere, and our guests had nothing but great things to say about him. Highly recommend!
Darrell was awesome! I never had professional bartender at a party and Darrell rocked it for my husband's 60th celebration during the 2025 Super Bowl! He is a great mixologist and has a wide array of garnishes, bitters & mixers to accommodate so many different drinks that I could never duplicate that. Having him Bartend our event was the best decision! I just had to provide the alcohol, soda, water, juice and ice. Other than that it was all taken care of! And a nice little touch that he does, he makes a great sign for your signature drinks, perfect little touch. Thank you Darrell you were incredible!!
We had a great time with Daryl as our bartender, and he was very on time and even early to set up and was very professional. The drinks were impeccable and the set up was beautiful. We would definitely recommend and use them again, amazing experience all together!
He's fantastic! My husband and I hosted a Toga Party, and he created a themed menu for our guests. All of the drinks were delicious, and everyone had a great time. I'd highly recommend "We Set the Bar" for all your party events.
I would highly recommend Darel. He was very helpful in helping me create a drink menu for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. The drinks were exquisite and the talk of the party. He is professional, and very easy to work with. We will be hiring Darel and We Set The Bar for future events. 👍🥃🍻🥂🍹
We had a themed birthday party at our pool area for 150 guests. Bar staff of 4, very professional crew. Darel is very easy to communicate with, great suggestions for specialty cocktails around the party theme. Guests loved the smokey old fashioneds! Helpful with thinking through venue setup and furniture rentals. Accurate estimates for shopping list and glass count. Will hire them again for sure!
