My experience with We Tidy Toledo was wonderful. The employees were very friendly and polite and helpful. They did a very thorough job, and when they were done everything smelled so good and clean!
My boyfriend and I are moving to Toledo into an apartment and needed it deep cleaned. I have never had a professional cleaner come out and do anything for me before so that being I was leaving my full trust in We Tidy Toledos care to leave my home clean and refreshed ready for immediate move in! I had been communicating nearly a week in advance the work I needed done as it was short notice for me as well! I did however send over an overview of what we needed done. They got back to me quick and we talked and discussed when they should come and what I needed done. As I read in their profile they offer first time customer discounts. They did not discuss this with me. However my issue is not the pricing it is what we got for what we paid. With this being my first time hiring a professional cleaning company maybe it is my fault for expecting the world to be done and the effort to be put in however when I walked through the door after the cleaning most things looked the same apart from the toilet and windows. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the female cleaners and as we let her in to our home I began to discuss what I needed done and already she was saying that they didn’t do things I had asked on my list such as cleaning the track on my glass sliding door (they don’t clean outside tracks just indoor which I would feel the door is inside the home but maybe referencing closet tracks. Wasn’t specified to me) and a simple drain clean (such as pulling out gunk from the old tenant with them being the cleaner and being hired to do so they told me that is the job of a plumber). The faucets on the sinks were left horrendous. As we were leaving the cleaner had already done a walk through and had begun wiping down windows however she did not clean the windowsill itself. Overall the communication and the job quality I feel were not met and therefore I will be giving two stars. We paid $279 for this service for a medium-small 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. With this being my first time hiring a professional cleaning service maybe I’m expecting too much but I feel for the cleaning we had this wasn’t well done. I returned to my home and expected it to feel clean. I did initially try to communicate that I didn’t feel a great job was being done and was reassured it would be. I overall wouldn’t hire them again due to personal preference. I just do not feel like my personal cleaning wants and needs were met specifically!
