I paid nearly $200 for garage door mechanism service. Technician didn't lubricate the screw drive. When I asked him to do this, he claimed that the mechanism does not need lubricating, even though I told him upfront, that there was no service done in 9 years. I later uploaded the service manual for my door, and found that manufacturer recommends lubricating every 12 months. I did the lubrication myself and it the door became dramatically quieter

Reviews
WeDo garage door was very responsive and on time. They were little above my other quote. Still went with them due to their professionalism. There were some issues after fixing the door opener but the WeDo garage team member found the issue and fixed it.
Brian did a great job in short time. I needed my door fixed badly and he came in time to help out. The door is working like new.

Yuval called me right away and we set up an appointment for the same day. In less than 2hrs, his technician arrived to the home and replaced the two broken springs. Garage door is working again.
Torsion springs needed replacement as they were both broken. Biran was at my place in less than 2 hrs of requesting service. Biran did quality work in replacing both springs and checking for the right tension and floor clearance. He finished the job in less than 45 mins and did not oversell replacing other parts.
Efficiently replaced weather strip on my garage door.
I needed our garage door fixed quickly and Brian was able to come by the next day to fix it. The pricing and repair was very transparent and he was able to repair our spring within an hour.
