I sent in a request for help snd this company contacted me within a minute of me putting it out there. I spoke to the owner of the company and he was so nice!! He put me in touch with another amazing guy who walked me through my computer problems, holding my hand and reassuring me the whole time that he could help me. He was very kind and patient! I am older with very little computer experience and there was no scolding, lol. Trust this company they are great!
This team did a fabulous job fixing my gmail accounts that have been running on apple platforms for a long time. Recent changes from Google and Apple caused significant gmail problems such deleting unread mail. The team easily identified the problem and fixed it. Then, they set up all 3 apple devices to work correctly supporting multiple gmail accounts and reasonable security for a non-corporate environment. Services like this will be increasingly important in the future, so try them!
I received a response quickly from Scott regarding my Outlook not loading issue. He knew that Mario was the right person to resolve my problem. Scott and Sean were great. I was skeptical they could fix my residential wireless issues remotely, but they quelled my fears. They were incredibly patient and relentless until they got the end desire they sought. We started w a speedtest.net rating of ~20 and ended w one in the ~400-500 range. So worth it. Hire these guys!
Shaheen, was the tech that came to my apartment to connect my new laptop to my printer. The night before I discovered various annoying problems that were WAY beyond my skill set. While she was troubleshooting she also was brainstorming with her colleague Scott on her phone and Voila! Finis! Next the printer and all will be well. I highly recommend them!
