I needed an urgent repair at my elderly parent’s home on a Saturday. I reached out and got a response within a minute. After explaining what I needed and provided pictures, i was quoted a fair and reasonable price. He came within 2 hours and completed the job and took the time to explain what he did and how to fix it in case this happens again. I highly recommend Weinman Property solutions.

I made contact with Spencer on Thumbtack and I felt very please with his pricing to hang four mirrors in my house. He asked me when would I be available and the appointment was made for 10:30am, he was on time and fully prepared to get the job again. I’ll hire Spencer again.

Very nice helpful young man. Unboxed, set up my tv. Showed me how to use it. Would hire him again if needed.
Spencer was able to get to me quickly, assess the problem and give me a quote immediately. Then he had to go get parts and came back to finish up very quickly. Totally professional and competent. I would definitely use him again.
