Joel was great! The communication was top tier! I requested an installation of a window air conditioner unit which also required removing the older one. This was for my grandmother who is elderly. Joel was a complete gentleman and offered a fair price. Very appreciative!

I highly recommend B-Tech for security camera installation. He installed 3 cameras at my rental property in Philadelphia and he truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I live in Georgia, so everything had to be coordinated remotely and he was incredibly patient, professional and helpful every step of the way. Not only did he complete the installation smoothly, but he also took the time to help me walk through the app on my phone and made sure everything was working correctly before finishing the job. Communication was excellent. he was dependable, knowledgeqble and made the entire provess stress-free. It is hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely caring about customer service. I am very thankful I found him on Thumbtack and would absolutely use him again.

I had a couple security cameras that I wanted removed from the exterior of my house, and I’m happy to have had Joel for the job. He was on time, professional, accommodating, quick, and respectful of the property and my schedule. I appreciate his thoroughness, and was very pleased with the final walk-through after he wrapped up.

Joel was very professional. He arrived on time and was responsive throughout the entirety of the job. He assessed the exterior of my house and gave me great feedback on where I should mount my ring cameras. He was very quick and provided a reasonable cost for the services. I told him that if I have any future work I’ll make sure to reach out!

Such a wonderful experience getting my Ring floodlight camera (wired) installed. The technician is very professional and has a good understanding of electrical work. I also liked the way the technical took effort to see the best and least disruptive way to install the camera with good attention to detail. Will definitely consider for future projects.
