We had a great experience working with West Glass Replacement and would highly recommend! We had two rotted windows swapped out with new ones and everything looks great inside and out!

Way overpriced for the work done. I think I was taken advantage of. I am still waiting for my receipt that he said would be emailed.

West Glass Replacement was great. Could not yet repair the glass as I needed to order a new panel but I plan to have them back to install as soon as panel is available!

I thought that I would need a new window as the window would not stay in place and the frame was broken. They had an easy solution and even fixed two other windows while they were here. Very impressed.

Dirty glass was installed. We had the upper pane (2 pieces of glass) replaced on a window. The glass was: installed dirty, within 5 days there is moisture between the panes, debris is visible in the glue, & wood frame around window is now cracked. We had another company out to review the work and they indicated new glass will need to be reinstalled. We are also left with a lot of rework with the cracked window frame. We are currently working on a resolution with this company & will update this review if/when issue is resolved.

West Glass did a fantastic job replacing a pane of broken glass on a last minute notice of a house that was about to be sold. Would absolutely recommend!
