We needed several ethernet cables run from our main room down into the basement, so we reached out to WITS. From the start, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Oscar came out just a day later to assess the project and was great at explaining what they could do and how they’d approach it. He also provided a clear, reasonable estimate. The work required multiple visits, and each time the team showed up exactly when they said they would. We ran into a few unexpected complications, but Oscar was fantastic at walking me through the options, and they quickly got everything back on track. The work was completed professionally, exactly as discussed, and with excellent attention to detail. The final cost matched the quote, which I really appreciated. I can’t recommend WITS enough!

WITS employees were very polite and overly considerate of my family and situation. They felt very knowledgeable in the area I hired them in and they did a better job than I would have if I did it myself. I would definitely hire these people again.
Oscar was incredible to work with. He responded with promptness from the very beginning and was happy to answer any questions I had. Once the work started and his team arrived, they were very professional and completed the job with expertise and efficiency. I’d highly recommend them for any related projects!
A wonderful experience! We even had an issue with one of the cameras that they had to take down, so I could go exchange it get a replacement that they came out the next day and put up!!
I decided to postpone my project but I appreciated Oscar walking me through the project beforehand. These guys also understand networking needs and not just installing wires.
Oscar and his team are masters at networking, they help identify wires, feed them to a new shelf they built for my router, and helped me set up my Unify home network, including putting my CenturyLink router into modem/bridge mode. I will use them for any future networking jobs. Thanks!
Keep up the great work!
Oscar is an excellent professional and also a great person. I wanted an Ethernet port in my office. He talked to me, reviewed the possibilities, and explained every detail. And in the pictures, you can see how clean his work was. I highly recommend him. He’ll even be coming to install a camera system soon.
Oscar and his team were outstanding! From start to finish, Oscar was courteous, trustworthy, and incredibly patient. He took the time to understand my needs and went the extra mile to ensure everything was done right. What stood out most was his respect for my privacy something I truly value when working with any IT professional. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and easy to work with. I highly recommend Oscar and his team to anyone looking for reliable and respectful IT and Network support. Thank you again! Project: KVM switch with dual monitors connecting 8 machines, Fast Fiber Switch, Access points, cable pulls, and APC installation.
Oscar is a legend of a man. He has deep networking knowledge from decades of enterprise experience and formal education with dual masters degrees and a CCIE (the most rigorous and world-wide recognized networking certification) but is down to earth and humble. Had him come over to look at a small project and he spent hours walking through every option and minutia. Guy really spent his time. Him and I were laughing and had fantastic conversation but never at the expense of getting our planning done. He also was incredibly thorough and explained everything he considered and why. I’m a cloud engineer and learned quite a bit while he was here. Jumped the gun a little bit and wife wasn’t onboard with some of the modifications I wanted to make but I was so impressed and so thankful for Oscar’s time that I paid him anyway for the free consult. Though he did show me some samples of his work and it’s flawless. Price point is incredible as well. I really couldn’t imagine using anybody else to run cable, manage my network (which he manages several large high performance networks), set up security cameras, or networking planning/consultation. 10/10. I really recommend Oscar over anybody else for any network needs.
