Chef Eric was excellent both in his cooking skills and his calm teaching of tools and techniques. He is also very patient and always willing to answer questions, and we had many questions. The resulting meal was delicious and beautifully plated. Definitely the highlight of our week with the grandson.

My family of 5 had a terrific 3 course cooking lesson with Chef Eric. He was patient, fun, and connected with my 3 sons, learning about his career alongside valuable cooking skills. I worked with him in advance on the menu which he was happy to tweak to our liking. I was also impressed with the healthier choices in order to have a flavorful with less preservative-filled ingredients. He came with all his supplies and plated everything we cooked so beautifully. All in all, a fabulous experience!
Chef Eric was super responsive and accommodating helping me execute a last minute birthday dinner for my husband. We was super easy to communicate with and the food was great. Highly recommend!
