Leo and her team bartended for my sisters Melse (traditional ethiopian wedding ceremony) and they did such a good job! She made us a custom menu, supper attentive to detail, great customer service and the crowd loved the drinks! Will definetly be using again!

Hired Leo and her waitstaff team for my wedding and I can honestly say she did amazing. Her bartender skills are 100%! The drinks were delicious and her vibes and energy made us feel special! We even did a tasting prior to the wedding and I loved the way she took into account the liquor we love and made us a unique menu for our big day! Would definitely hire her and her team again!!! I was searching for a bartender and received a response from Whats Shakin. im extremely confused. I filled out all the things I wanted and didn't want on the app. All I asked for was set up/ clean up, tip jar ok and a bartender. Then, I get a message from them saying they didn't have enough info to quote me because we didn't get to that part in our convo!?! What is the point of filling out the info if your not going to read it. And im sorry $600 for 4 hours, 75 guests!! $150.00/ hr for a bartender. I don't think so.
I used What's Shakin for our New Year's Eve party and hired two bartenders. They could not have been nicer and handled the big crowd like absolute champs. They set up the bar perfectly and were able to pivot when we went from two bars to one due to rain outside. I'd definitely want to use them again!

Hire Leo!! Not only is she professional, skilled, and timely, but she added SO much more than just bartending to our holiday luau party. We had about 50 people, she made 3 gorgeous specialty tiki cocktails + full bar, she brought everything including her mobile bar/trash cans/ beer/wine bins! She passed around shots when there was a lull. She took pics of the party and made sure the vibe was right. The party was still going strong so she stayed another hour for us and broke everything down without anyone even noticing. I had probably 10 friends ask for her info because she was so lovely. Spread the word, Leo is the best!
I am SO SO thankful that we found Leo and her Mixin' Mami team member Carol for our wedding. We had a backyard wedding at my parents house for about 80 people and wanted to provide signature cocktails. We originally planned to do 2 signature cocktails, so we set up a tasting with Leo to decide what we wanted to go with. We got to choose 9 cocktails to try off a their menu, which probably had about 40 variations of different cocktails. Every single one of the 9 cocktails were delicious. We knew we wanted to do a His and Hers drink (His being a whiskey drink) and hers (being a spicy mezcal) but we tasted the espresso martini and HAD to have it served too. Leo wasn't able to be our bartender at our wedding, but she brought in Carol to help. I tried all four drinks we ended up choosing and they all tasted just like when Leo made them at the tasting. Carol did an amazing job considering all 80 people were standing in line waiting right after the ceremony. She rushed to make the cocktails, but did not sacrifice the taste in any of them. Carol was super professional and honestly just the sweetest. She had already closed down the bar for the evening, but I hadn't tried our Bourbon and Honey, so she made me one even though she was off the clock. They provided the mobile bar, extra ice, cups and mixers for the drinks. All we had to do was supply the alcohol! They made it so easy! They normally provide the signage for the bar too, but we made it ourselves. I will absolutely be hiring them again. Choose them for your next event you will not regret it!
Leo was AMAZING!! I couldn’t sing her praises higher. Our guests loved her. She did quadruple duty as an unspoken photographer, videographer, shot girl, and hype woman. It was so unexpected and amazing. Everyone got trashed and it was my birthday wish come true. Hire her!!!!
Where do I begin, I am so grateful and thankful to Leo for the fun,l and excitement she brought to my St Patrick’s Day party! No matter what the situation is for the day, she pulled through (30 mins before the party started) and got set up right away. Her drink menu was a hit, especially with the St Paddy’s Day theme! She made all the drinks I requested and then some! Very tentative to all my guests and my guests enjoyed her energy as well! Thank you again Leo! Definitely recommend Mixin’ Mami for your next event!
