Keith responded quickly, did his best to fix our existing AC and when he realized it wasn’t repairable, he helped us get connected to sales to start looking at a new unit. I wish I could have chosen all 5 options in the previous screen!
I had an emergency situation, and the mechanic turned up to be a life saver for me. He responded to my message promptly, showed up on time, and fixed my AC unit, which went on autolock for some reason. I would highly recommend him.
