Very responsive and professional! They were able to help us with an emergency roofing issue and took care of everything very quickly and efficiently. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them!
Carlos, Ricky and his team of roofers responded very quickly to our estimate request and were even able to complete the roof repair that afternoon. Other than promptness, White Star Roofing were also professional, honest, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thanks to them we can have one less worry about house repairs.
Wow! This was my first time using Thumbtack and it will not be my last. I needed help with a leak in my roof. Carlos called and came less than 30 mins. and assess my roof repair. Gave me an estimate and it was repaired within the hour. The professionalism and work done by his crew was impressive.
Great experience with Carlos and his crew. Showed up on time. Got the job done quickly and left the place clean. Took before and after pics, promptly shared with me.
Ricky showed up and listened to the details of the roof problems. He got on the roof and gave me a summary of the condition of the roof along with ways to extend the life of the roof. After discussing, I agreed to repairs and the work was completed in a few hours with photos of work. The guys did a great job at a fair price. They were honest and professional.
Excellent work
Carlos has done a tremendous job. He came out the same day, gave me an evaluation of the leak, but we need to isolate it so he can repair it right. For that we need to identify were the water is coming from. He quoted us a GREAT price, But the leak needs to be identified so it can be repaired. Working with him is just what we needed.
Awesome experience 👏. I really appreciate the work that was done to my roof. Fair price and excellent work. He will definitely be on file for any roofing needs in the future.
Great work
From the time I contacted Carlos, he was extremely responsive and on-time. The team did my roof in 1 day, and the pricing was a great value. The team was also very professional and safety conscious. They cleaned everything up and left my property in great shape. I already recommended them to my neighbor and would definitely recommend them to others.
Showed up on time. Good price. Will hire again.
Carlos with White Star Roofing stood out for his honesty and reasonableness, which I can't say about all contractors. We had some minor problems that needed fixing, not an entire roof replacement. He did what he said we was going to do in a timely manner, even though we weren't home for most of the time. If we ever need roof repairs/replacement, I am definitely going to call him back out.
Carlos did excellent job on my roof. He came on time and explain in detail what i need to repair, reasonable price, free inspection and consultant.
Two thumbs up!!! I recommend anyone who need a roof call this company..AAA + work guarantee !!!
The owner and crews were thorough in explanation of work scope, service, application, and work maximization to reduce the actual time of our home life interruptions. Their craftmenship exhibited installing our new roof, sheetrock, and wood replacement at front porch is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
