Ken was absolutely Amazing! Very professional. They came in and wasted no time getting to work. He was able to identify the problem and resolve it quickly! I now have power to my kitchen. He even took time to look at another electrical issue a have in the upstairs bathroom. I would highly recommend Ken and his team!

Ken came in to look at 1 lightswitch. Gave a price and did the job right then. I had called several electrians and none would look at 1 lightswitch. I will use him for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone!!
Ken did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. He took the time to work through some tricky electrical issues and paid close attention to every detail rather than taking shortcuts. He was thorough, patient, and clearly cared about getting everything done correctly. I really appreciated the extra effort he put in and was very happy with the quality of his work.

Ken helped work through some issues related to size of old fixtures vs new. Will work through any issues with you in a professional manner. The work that was able to be accomplished was neat and affordable.
He was great. I called and he got back to me within an hour. We set up an appointment and he had a cancellation and even came earlier. I would, and well use him in the future. You can tell that he is an experience and knowledgable electrician.
I would not recommend this electrician. If I could give zero stars, I would. Before scheduling, I specifically asked in a text message if there was a minimum service fee. He clearly replied no. His profile also advertises no minimum for first-time customers. So I had this in writing before he ever came out. When he arrived, I identified and fixed the issue myself as he was walking in the door. He did absolutely no work and was inside for less than a minute. Despite that, he still charged me $180. After he left, I reached out and asked if he would accept $100 to cover travel and gas, since no work was performed. He refused and responded rudely, saying it wasn’t his fault homeowners don’t know what to look for. It gets worse…when I asked for an itemized invoice, he listed the repair I completed myself. When I pointed that out, his response was “don’t matter.” So to be clear: * Confirmed in writing there was no minimum fee → still charged $180 * Did zero work → billed anyway * Listed work on the invoice he did not perform * Responded with rude, dismissive communication This is misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially when the expectations were clearly set in writing ahead of time. Protect yourself: get every fee explicitly defined upfront and be cautious even if they tell you “no minimum.”
Both Ken and Pat are talented and experienced electricians. They troubleshooted very well and came up with a unique solution. They were very responsible, friendly, and punctual too. We couldn’t be more pleased, and we plan on working with them again in the future. Smart fellows. Highly recommended!

Kenneth responded very quickly to my request for help with an outlet that was failing in my basement. He showed up on time and did the work to a high standard at a reasonable rate. This was a small job and other electricians didn't find it worth their time to do it, but he did. I'm very appreciative for his help and would absolutely have him do work for me again.
Very good electrician. Ken installed an exhaust fan, recessed light for my entire floor, and outlets for my entire house for us -- all done really well. Honest, friendly and works with care. Highly recommended!
