Reviews
I was impressed with the work, professionalism and responsiveness of their diagnosis of a problem. I would definitely use them again!
Great professional service! I reached out the night before, and a technician was able to come the very next day. They did a thorough job cleaning out all the lint from the dryer vent and clearly explained what might have been causing the burning smell we noticed. Very prompt, efficient, and professional!
I really like their professionalism and good quality. They even helped with many other things in addition to my scheduled service. The technicians were also nice, professional and helpful. I personally would def recommend them :)
Excellent service. Very professional, clean and responsive. Took pictures and explained their work throughout.
Here’s a polished, warm, and professional review you can use: I recently had my chimney and fireplace cleaned and inspected, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician was on time, thorough, and incredibly professional. They explained everything clearly, showed me before-and-after photos, and made sure the entire area was spotless before leaving. It gave me real peace of mind knowing everything is safe and in great working order. I also had my dryer vent cleaned during the same visit, and that service was just as impressive. The job was quick, efficient, and done with care. My dryer is running better than it has in a long time, and I feel much safer knowing the vent is clear. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using them again.
Aydin did a really great job cleaning the vent. He came early and was very good with explaining the risks and benefits of the task. I will definitely reach out to him in the future for future tasks. My dryer is in such better shape now.
Got a quote almost instantly. They answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me to book with them, offered flexibility and showed up the same day of request. Arrived right in time and worked efficiently. Didn’t try to sell me on anything else just offered future assistance and left the laundry room cleaner than I gave it to them. Great company glad I went with them. Will use them for all future cleanings. Good communication, right on time, flexible, super polite, and AFFORDABLE. Got other quotes that wanted double the price! 10/10 would recommend.
We recently had our home’s air ducts and dryer vent cleaned and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team arrived right on time, walked us through every step of the process, and used professional-grade equipment that made a noticeable difference immediately. They were extremely thorough — removing years of dust buildup from our HVAC ducts and lint from our dryer vent that we didn’t even realize had accumulated.
Andy and his team did an amazing job cleaning the dryer ducts to get the heat to the clothes flowing. After they finished, our AC stopped working, we thought there was a connection to the work they did and the HVAC. He came back the next day and did a thorough check of the work they did, the ventilation in the attic and the dryer vent on the roof. Luckily, there was no connection, but their responsiveness was on point. I would recommend Whole Duct in a heartbeat and use their services again.
Recently got a new dryer and almost immediately it had an alert saying the dryer vent was clogged. I attempted to clean it myself with no success so I found the Whole Duct team on here. They got back to me immediately and were able to come by the next morning. Aydin and Parvin spent about an hour thoroughly cleaning the vents out and the amount of lint that came out was shocking. I was impressed with how thorough they were, no mess was left behind and they even measured the air pressure from the vent to show how much it increased after their work was done. Highly recommend their services and will consult them again for future services. Thank you Aydin and Parvin!
Amazing work by Aydin & his team member, they came out within the hour of me raising the request and did a phenomenal job with our dryer vent first but they were so good that after looking at the photos of dryer duct, I asked them to do fireplace as well! Thank you!!
