Got to see a staff member immediately. Could not duplicate the problem in the shop. Tyler dismantled the computer to try to get to the switch. No luck, the machine is impossible to get the keyboard out without major surgery. Tyler suggested a work-aroud that seem to be working.

I inquired with Who’s Your Data? after my dog jumped on my husbands laptop and completely separated the hinge from the screen. Being that the computer was a newer model, I didn’t know if the damage was repairable. This incident happened at 8:30pm and Nicolas was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions and was honest and professional. If you have a damaged computer or you simply want to know more about your gaming systems, these guys are the ones for the job!! They educate you while diagnosing and repairing and they give you options for repairs. I’ve never needed a computer repair guy until now, and I don’t think I could take my laptop anywhere other that Who’s Your Data? I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality experience. I promise you will know more about your system after leaving their shop!
