Please run fast and select Wilbanks services for all your plumbing needs. Hunter was very professional and explained everything that I needed step by step for my kitchen replacement sink. He and Tyler came after hours to make sure everything was done. You can tell they actually care about their customers when they both get online to help me find correct sink size. I can't thank you and Tyler enough for all your hard work and patience! Definitely will recommend your company to anyone I know.

I had an excellent experience with Wilbanks Plumbing. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and very professional answering any and all questions! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

In the time of looking for a quality professional that offers great service and at a affordable cost...give this rising and skilled young man a call...Superstar
Wilbanks Services is excellent in every respect. Professional, on time, and quality work. Prices are fair and the estimate was honored as quoted. I will definitely use their services again.
They were very responsive and communication was great! It was nice not to have to continually call them as to "are you coming out, what time are you coming by, etc". They called me during the bad weather to check if I still wanted them to do the work, told me the weather was prohibitive to them making the drive, put me on the calendar for the first time of the day when the weather cleared up. Very informative, went above and beyond what I hired them for as they checked out my whole system of water pressure, insulation, etc. Would and will recommend them to anyone who needs a professional plumber and just overall plumbing maintenance.
Responsive time was good. Technician was knowledgeable and polite. I am pleased with the quality of work.
Very happy with Hunter's responsiveness and work quality. I would highly recommend him
We called Wilbanks Services to help locate and repair a leak and to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater. After meeting with Hunter, we ended up hiring them for the entire project, and we are extremely glad we did. Hunter and his wife were very prompt in returning messages and scheduling a time to come out for an estimate. Hunter was incredibly helpful in identifying not only the plumbing issues we already knew about, but also a few we didn’t. He provided a detailed estimate very quickly, with clear explanations of the scope of work so we fully understood what was being proposed. Hunter was able to start the work within a week and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. He showed up exactly when he said he would, worked hard all day, was very thorough, and kept us updated every step of the way. He also took the time to double-check everything to make sure it was working properly both inside and outside of our home. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know Hunter. We would absolutely hire Wilbanks Services again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbing services.
I will use this company again for any plumbing services I need. Very punctual and polite. Knew exactly what was needed and there was no “estimate and come back at a later date”. Everything was done same day and easily resolved! Very knowledgeable.
🌻I can say without any doubt that Wilbanks Plumbing has my business hands down. Hunter went above and beyond to help me with the leak I had. I will not ever need to look for another plumber. He works like he wants your business and he most definitely has mine.
Hunter was very responsive and arrived at the agreed time. His work is second to none. Very professional and great value for the work done.Definitely would hire for another job.
