I hired Will and his team to renovate a large room in my home. We laid out a plan and he priced each part of the job individually so I could pick and choose what we needed him to do. Stayed pretty close to the allotted time frame and am pleased with the job he did.
Review: Not recommended — unprofessional and left property with unresolved water leak I hired this contractor to look at a floor issue at my rental property. During the visit, he discovered an active water leak that required tearing into drywall. He removed floor boards to access the area but left them removed and the floor undone. Instead of notifying me before leaving the property, he left without any communication about the leak status, whether the water was shut off, or that he was leaving at all. I left multiple messages trying to reach him to find out if the water had been turned off and whether he was still on-site — I received no response. When I finally got him on the phone, he said he “wasn’t expecting to do any work today” and offered to go back and turn off the water, but took no responsibility for leaving an active leak unaddressed and uncommunicated. He also asked my tenant directly whether I was shopping around for other estimates, which felt inappropriate given he was on-site to do an assessment, not to gauge whether he’d be hired. When I told him I’d no longer need his services, his response was “Good, I don’t need you.” Unprofessional communication and a concerning lack of urgency around an active water leak. Would not hire again.
Will and his team are all around outstanding and we will be using them for future projects and work. Will and his team came in, did some unexpected concrete work, new custom windows and trim install, new doors, new gutters and some old wood and rot repairs. A+ experience from start to finish. Communication is key for me and Will was extremely responsive and professional throughout the job. Will and his crew are highly recommended!
I needed my doors installed and my screened porch wood rot replaced very quickly as I am listing my house for sale. Will was able to set this up for me so quickly, and Carlos who performed the work, did a great job I am very pleased.
