I grew up in a family construction business that's been in business for 60 yrs we did all the stages from the footers to the roof sheeting. I have nearly 25 yrs of experience in both commercial and residential including hospitals, restaurants and retail. I always aim for customer satisfaction via clear explanation of work to be completed and what it will take to do so. And I'm also picky about my work. My biggest skills are finish work including Finishing and repairing drywall and plaster to match original surfaces. I also am a finish carpenter trim, including crown moldings and many other tasks such as fixing or installing new mail boxes or patching crackins and face of concrete surfaces. Very competent in painting walls ceilings, doors and all trim among other things. I will do what is necessary by covering contents, using drop clothes and cleaning up as needed. I am getting set up in this so please be patient looking into a background check and setting up more options to pay. I'm polite well mannered, respectful and love to converse. NOTE I DO NOT HANG HOLLIDAY LIGHTS, DO ROOF REPAIRS, CLEAN GUTTERS OR DO APPLIANCE REPAIR OR SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUES. Ive had many leads on here I get charged for and I dont even offer the work. Initially hired for a small drywall repair, but he pointed out additional issues and provided a clear, reasonable quote before proceeding. I was out of town, and he handled everything, found and fixed additional issues on his own, and sent photos of the completed work. He even said he's the kind of guy who makes things "pretty again", and he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
I had a really great experience with Bill. When I first contacted him, he immediately responded. I sent him photos of the work that needed to be done and he met in person to give me an estimate. He is a perfectionist. He was punctual and brought all the necessary materials that he needed for the job. I felt comfortable being around as he got the work done. He made sure to cover everything and then cleaned up afterwards. I can’t say enough about him. I will be using him again.
