I've been photographing weddings for more than two decades, always mindful that I'm witnessing one of the most important days in someone's life. My approach is simple: stay out of the way and keep things easy and laid-back. I'm not there to manufacture moments, but to notice what's already there, the quiet glances, the laughter, and the in-between seconds that often matter the most. Before photography, I worked in graphic communications for publications including Rolling Stone, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, and The New Yorker, as well as on staff at a NYC-based celebrity and culture magazine. My wedding work has since taken me across the country and abroad, with images published in Vogue, Tatler, GQ, and The New York Times. I can’t say enough good things about William and his services. He was amazing to work with and really captured our wedding day beautifully. He responded quickly if o had questions leading up to the wedding, and he was even able to find a second shooter 3 weeks before our big day. William did exactly what I asked for. I asked for candid shots. And that’s exactly what William did. My friend, who likes photography, said, “Every time there was a special moment, your photographer was right there.” William captured the day fully and completely without having to pose for traditional portraits. William was great from the start, he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to give us advice on both the day and New York as it was our first visit. Due to a serious unforeseen family situation William was unable to photograph our day which was completely understandable, it would have been quite easy for him to apologise and leave the rest to us however he came to us with options on alternative photographers and set everything up once we had chosen. The recommendation was amazing and we were extremely pleased with her and with how our sneak preview has turned out! Highly recommend
