Excellent experience! Willington installed an additional HVAC vent for us and did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very easy to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted, and completed the installation perfectly. The new vent looks great and is working very well. He was also very helpful and responsive when I had questions afterward. I really appreciate his work and would definitely hire him again for future projects. Highly recommended!

Update to my initial 5 stars (Excellent) rating. I completely stand by my initial pre and immediate post installation of my water heater. However, once I determine a slight mistake in the installation after a couple of days of investigating some water in the drain pain, I've noticed the tank is pressing against the main water valve (see pics). I've brought this to Willington's attention and the response was very slow and delayed. There was very little concern and a since of urgency to return to correct this matter. I had to repeatedly text him on his personal number as well as repeatedly send him messages via Thumbtack before getting responses. Even still, no solid date to return. When we did agree on a date and time, when the date and time came, I departed from work early to meet him and when the time came he didn't show or call. I had to reach out to him to find out he cancel because wasn't going to make it. This was very inconsiderate. At the beginning when new money was on the table, responses were good, not great, but acceptable. Now, since this mistake is on him, there's no charge to me to correct his mistake so there's no need for him to rush back when he has paid jobs waiting. After a while, I told him I will get another contractor to correct his mistake. I don't need the stress or him. I great contactor is formed after the job is completed and not before. I will never use him and as pulled back my reference to other homeowners that I sent his information to. This is not a warning of any kind. I'm just sharing my experience before, during and after the installation. My initial 5 stars rating is a 2. Thank you.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with WILLINGTON’S HOME. I gave them a second chance after they failed to show up for our initial appointment. After speaking with Mr. Wellington, I decided to give the company another opportunity and scheduled a second appointment for today, July 30, 2026, to receive an estimate for an exterior door repair. We confirmed the appointment the day before, yet they failed to show up again. There was no phone call, no text message, and no explanation. A simple courtesy call would have gone a long way. Communication and reliability are essential qualities when running a business, and unfortunately, this company fell short on both occasions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services until they improve their professionalism, communication, and dependabilit

Willington and his wife were quick to respond when I reached out. While his English isn’t perfect, it was more than sufficient for clear communication throughout the project. He was able to take on my shower glass sliding door installation on very short notice, which was a huge advantage. Most other installers I contacted had wait times of a week or more before they could schedule the job. Installing the heavy glass door was challenging, and I think he made the right decision by calling in a friend to help. It was a difficult and potentially risky installation, so having the extra assistance ensured the job was done safely. The final cost ended up being slightly higher than the original quote, but given the unexpected challenges involved, I felt the additional charge was fair. Willington and his wife are both honest, hardworking people, and I would gladly hire them again and recommend them to others. The only area that could use improvement is communication regarding arrival times. I ended up waiting about three hours and wasn’t sure if he was still coming. Fortunately, he did arrive, completed the installation successfully, and the finished work met my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. They offer good value, easy to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

The Willington's Home Services technicians did great job replacing my whole old natural gas furnice and A/C system to new one. The new system is efficient and was installed neat, fast and professional. Especially appreciate master Willington for explaining all details of project and registration the equipment at manufacture site for warranty. Great communication and punctuality.

Willington went above and beyond for a window unit install in my kitchen and in my bedroom. He disassembled the old units which had been recalled, and installed the new units. One of the units required additional assembly, and he took the time to assemble it. The job was done with perfect craftsmanship, and looks significantly better than the window units that were there before. He was also incredibly nice and professional and helped me remove the two old units down to my trash room after. I cannot recommend him enough! I also appreciate that this was a same-day request.

This contractor was responsive to my request. However, please be honest about your hourly rate. Online you state $80/hour. However, after completing a 15 minute project, this contractor charged me $100.
