I hired Will's Carpenter LLC to add cabinets and two drawers to my built in bookshelf. He was available with a really quick turnaround, which was very convenient. He was very communicative and responsive to texts. The final product looks lovely, but I did have to have his guy come back to fix something that wasn't even. He did fix it. He also charged me extra at the end to install handles on the cabinets and drawers. In his defense, I hadn't specifically mentioned handles for the cabinets and drawers before, but since one of the cabinets was very difficult to open without a handle, it seems like something that could have been broached earlier in the process.

Reviews
Have begun discussions and Will has offered solutions that we had not considered.
Will and his team were fantastic. They were able to accommodate my daughters nap schedule and created some fantastic work. My wife and I are very happy with the finished product and we will be working with Will and his team in the future.
UPDATE: Will got back to me with the paint color after I posted this review. Amending to 4 stars for the quality of work he performed on the job. Will did a nice job on the work he did, but wasn't able to finish the job at the price quoted, so he did not come back the second day. I ended up hiring another person to finish it.
He is absolutely fabulous!!! The work quality is impeccable, combined with outstanding communication and clarity of pricing and pricing options. Our project included replacing all of the trim & doors, railings and building multiple cabinets and closets in common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. He also has a strong network of other professionals including painter, electrician, plumber, tiler, hard-wood floors and pretty much everything we needed, that he coordinated with seamlessly. He was so professional, hard-working, clean & talented. They got it all done on time and with the costs projected!
Beautifully designed and built. Excellent wood construction and just perfect for the room. I will always hire Will’s for carpentry! Thank you for a great library wall.
Follow up on communications via Thumbtack instead of taking conversations to text. Quote given (without dimensions or knowing what plan I wanted) was over the top expensive.
The team was great in helping me flush out the idea so that I could realize my vision. They were also very responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. And most importantly, it looks great!
Tom and his team built custom bookshelves for us and did an excellent job. The finished product is exactly like we envisioned and the quality is impressive. We would absolutely recommend Will’s Carpentry!
Will’s Carpentry did a cabinet expansion that I struggled to find anyone to do. He understood the job immediately, didn’t try to upsell and completed the work on a timely basis. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the finished project. I would use them again and recommend others to use.
