Came to my house. Told me he was going to give me a price and asked him twice. Finally sent in an email. It made no sense. Then he sent me an invoice PDF file that barely made any sense. Then I said okay. Can you come on Saturday? He said yes then no. Then I'll call you and never called and doesn't answer his text
Very disappointed. They never responded after asking me the address for the project. I provided the requested info and gave them a week before coming back here to review in the hopes that they would respond. Even if they opted not to do the job because of location, they should have told me. In less than a 24-hour period, another company went to the property & gave us a quote. I hope you are more courteous with your other customers.
I gave up on waiting on an estimate requested 3 weeks ago.
Will’s team did an excellent job painting and rescreening my patio. They were very professional and punctual would definitely recommend them.
Will was great to work with. Communication was great and a fair price. I hired him for other properties that I own.
nice experience he did work well and was very friendly
We needed the screen that went over our pool and atrium removed and the atrium portion of the screen retrofitted to cover just our atrium area. Will's work was phenomenal. He was responsive, punctual, and professional, as well as a very nice guy- and saved us hundreds of dollars vs the other vendors we considered. I highly recommend Will and his team. In fact we will hire him again to enclose our patio in the future.
They did the worst in a few hours taking care of our property cannot complain had the best price
Replaced top screen in pool enclosure. Moved gutters, no problem. Old fashion enclosure with three different types of spline, not a problem. Will's team worked fast and professionally. Good value. Knowledgeable and willing to share is craft trade knowledge to DIYers. He even provided me with a couple tubes of gutter / narrow seam sealant free of charge for a different project of mines.
