We hired this company to re-caulk 6 windows. After being on-site for 40 minutes, their technician claimed the job was complete. The windows were not cleaned or prepped for caulking. Ipon further examining the work, we found that the new caulk was just applied over the existing caulk. I explained that surfaces should be debris free before caulking. I pointed to the instructions on the material, which clearly stated to remove existing caulk, then clean away any dirt, dust, etc... The office scheduled the estimator to inspect the work. He said he realized I was unhappy, but the job is done. I'll give you a 15% discount. It's completely unacceptable.
