I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with Window Screen Guys—this has been the most unprofessional, unreliable, and downright frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a service company. We reached out to Keegan via Thumbtack on Monday, October 6, and were told we’d be scheduled for Friday, October 10. Great, or so we thought. But 30 minutes before our appointment, they cancel because the technician had some “emergency.” Fine, emergencies happen, but this was just the beginning of a nightmare. We rescheduled for Wednesday, October 15, and guess what? Radio silence. No call, no text, nothing. I had to chase them down with texts, Thumbtack messages, and three phone calls that went unanswered. It wasn’t until Thursday morning, after I texted again asking for an update, that they finally responded—claiming the technician’s truck broke down on Wednesday and they’d “fit us in” whenever. A few hours later, they confirmed Friday, October 17, between 10-11am. Friday rolls around, and after 11am, still no one shows up and no communication. I call again (finally someone picks up) and get told the tech is wrapping up a job in North Scottsdale, should be done in 30 minutes, and it’ll take about 45 minutes to get here. Time ticks by—nothing. Then, out of the blue, I get a text from the company asking if the tech arrived. I say no, and their response? “Sorry, we can’t get ahold of him. Our tech walked out on us today by no-showing. We’re short staffed and can’t complete this.” They offered a “formal apology” via TEXT and two measly referrals, like that fixes anything. Are you kidding me? We’ve been strung along for over a week, rescheduled THREE TIMES, wasted hours waiting and following up, and now they just bail because they’re short staffed? If you’re that understaffed, don’t book appointments you can’t keep! This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s nonexistent. Zero proactive communication, constant no-shows, and a complete disregard for our time and frustration. Window Screen Guys is a prime example of how NOT to run a business: unreliable and inconsiderate. Avoid them at all costs—save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its customers. Zero stars if I could!

The Window Screen Guys came out to my house to clean my windows. I was blown away with the attention to detail. My windows look brand new and my sliding screens have never worked so well. I will be having these guys back regularly. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys today you won’t regret it.
