Reviews
I was skeptical at first, thinking this wasn't an actual business (but it is a legit company). However, I'm happy that I opted to use Sam @ Wise Design Services. He's professional, timely, reasonable, and easy to communicate with. We liked some of his suggestions which we readily incorporated into our design. We didn't like some suggestions, which he promptly changed back to how we originally had it designed. He gave us input that was well valued by us, being first time home builders and brought to light things that had never even crossed our minds. If I need another designer/architect, it will definitely be Sam and I will also suggest him to my colleagues. Thank you Sam!
I was super frustrated that my project required an architect. I’ve had many negative experiences with bigger companies. I gave thumbtack a shot and found Sam to be incredibly thoughtful, talented, honest and very reasonably priced. He’s an investor/builder as am I and understands the importance of accuracy and home flow. I’m happy to say I’ve found a “team member” in the business that I will definitely work with again.
Very professional and fast. Easy to work with and very understanding. Would definitely recommend.
After Three consultations, Mr Wise was making decisions that was as if he was reading my mind. He came up with ideas that I had not even considered. He solved all of my problems. What a great job! His promptness and professionalism was par excellence. I would highly recommend him and will hire him again. Photos to follow while my house is in progress.
