Below is my message to Wise Guys Event Services which they did not respond to. I would not recommend as not only was the service terrible they also did not respond to my message. "Good Afternoon, I wanted to let you know about our experience this weekend with your company/representatives. We were contracted for bar service from 6pm – 10pm which indicated we wanted the service to start at 6pm. One of your bartenders showed up at 5:50 and the other at 6:20. The one that came first had nothing with her, the other person brought the items that were to be supplied by your company. While waiting for the 2nd bartender to show the first did not set up the bar with the alcohol and other items we provided. Once the 2nd bartender showed up (mind you it’s 20 minutes after the start of the party) they started to set up the bar. He did bring most of the set ups but only brought 1 bag of ice (for a 4 hour party) which was obviously not enough to chill the drinks. When I arrived with the 2 people the party was for (it was a surprise party) I was immediately told by many attendees about the situation. When I asked your bartenders about the ice and other items I was met with confusion and no answer to any of my questions. I had to tell them how to set up a bar and show them all of the alcohol that they did not set out as well as all of the wine/champagne that never was put in a cooler. They were serving warm beer and seltzers to our guests. They also did not have any knowledge about bartending. One of them did not know the difference between vodka and whiskey. He also was only pouring the margarita mixer (no tequila) when a person was ordering a margarita. I went back to the bar later and had to ask them to set up the options for the drinks we were providing so that our guests would know the drink options and still found many bottles and types of beer, wine, seltzers that were not chilled. Also, my niece had to leave her father’s birthday party to go buy the ice to chill the drinks which was supposed to be provided by your company. Basically, the service was absolutely terrible and to be honest embarrassing for me as I was the host of the party and our guests were getting warm drinks, incorrect drinks and terribly made cocktails."
