The technician that installed the unit was prompt and on time. The electrician that should have been there in a timely manner did not show up with no feedback from the company. I had to text the owner to remind him about being considerate and professional. I do understand people having family emergencies but communication is the key to everything!!!! Don’t have a customer sitting and waiting for your employees with no explanation until we texted or called.

This is the company to hire! Can't say enough about my satisfaction with WM!
Miguel and team were amazing. They completed setting up my HVAC and was very professional while in my home. My breaker flipped unknowingly and I thought my unit was not working. They came back and fixed the issue. I'm truly appreciative of their help.
Team provided true quote for the task (split installation for bonus room). They completed the task way earlier than the promised timelines. They ensured quality of work along with cleanliness at home leaving no dirt. I will recommend them for sure. I don’t think somebody can beat their quote with quality of work
responded quickly and did work good
These guys were truly amazing! I had another company install a mini split & it was giving me trouble. I reached out to Miguel & he sent someone the next day to help me figure out the problem! Once my new unit came in I had a tech out within a couple of days to install it. They fixed all of the work from the previous installer and made everything look so much better! They were extremely professional. They worked hard & made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left! I would definitely use them again! I HIGHLY recommend them!
They responded asap to inquire about my needs for service, quickly gave me a great estimate for the job. I had a 4ton AC unit installed and I couldn't have went with a greater company. Thank y'all for everything 🙏
I was planning to get new Air Condenser/ AC Coil installed and I sent project specifications to WM services. They responded right away and upon reviewing the system they gave an estimate. The next day guys were on site and helped us install a new unit. I am extremely pleased with their service, honesty, responsive and punctuality. I am glad I that I have found a dependable contractor and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC / Plumbing needs.
