Great work from start to finish. Moved a spigot which included plumbing work, put in a new siding panel, painted, calked, and cleaned up. Punctual, professional, and quality work all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t be happier with Work On Demand! After reaching out to several handyman services, we’re so glad we chose them. They remounted a light fixture on our siding, repaired drywall, fixed an electrical issue with our garage security light, and cleared old wood and debris from under our deck, all perfectly done. Their communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and were professional start to finish. They even cleaned up every bit of Sheetrock dust and, to our surprise, fixed two sliding glass doors that hadn’t opened in years at no charge! Their rates are competitive, their workmanship is top-notch, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Work On Demand for any home repair or project, you’ll be glad you called them!
Juan and his wife did a fantastic job in my bathroom work and remodeling. They also helped with getting the cabinets painted to my liking. The condition of the bathrooms was fixed and I really like the work that they did. I highly recommend Juan for your needs in remodeling, and painting!
I recently hired Juan and his wife for a home improvement project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They painted three of my bedrooms and my master bathroom with meticulous attention to detail, delivering smooth, professional finishes that truly transformed each space. Beyond their exceptional painting skills, they also installed exhaust fans in each of my bathrooms and properly vented them outside, ensuring everything was done correctly and efficiently. They also installed a new light over my dining room table as well as a new ceiling fan and a new light by the front door. Their expertise didn't stop there—they also repaired four of my doors, restoring them to perfect working order. Throughout the entire process, Juan and his wife were professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. They worked efficiently without compromising quality and left my home spotless when the job was complete. If you're looking for skilled, reliable professionals who take pride in their work, I highly recommend them!
I had substantial soffit and gutter damage. Juan did an excellent job of completing the task at hand. He finished off small details I was concerned about and made my contracting experience a positive one. I will hire Juan again for some other work I need done around my home. Appreciate his humility and kindness as well.
We needed some work done ASAP for our home inspection. He was diligent in getting with me. His prices were very reasonable. He installed a toilet and a sink with vanity. When he was done, I was impressed and asked him to come back and work on some electrical outlets. I will definitely be hiring him again and I do recommend him on your projects.
Juan did an amazing job completing some bathroom renovations. He installed flooring and a vanity backsplash, changed out a faucet, and put up other bathroom fixtures.
Very pleased with service. I called Juan for a different job but did not need it done and instead wanted to replace my bathroom faucet in my apartment to upgrade the bathroom. The results are beautiful! I love my new black faucet which upgrades the look and feel of my bathroom. He did a great job and the installation was clean and neat. Juan was very nice and installed my faucet for a great price. Very happy and will call again for other work I need done.
Juan did a FANTASTIC job on the exterior siding repair I needed on my house, due to natural water damage. He was polite, thoughtful, sincere, and professional. After installing the new planks (cuts done right, caulking, etc.), he painted them perfectly, too, to match the preexisting color. This man knows what he's doing and I will definitely be inviting him back for more work during my gradual renovations over the coming year. A++ HIRE HIM!
Juan and his wife did an excellent job in repairing and staining my deck. They were punctual and responded quickly and got the job finished in a timely manner. Will definitely contact them for future projects.
