I’d first like to start by saying that this was the first time I use thumbtack and even first time using an in home tech service like this, but Jeff went about and beyond with helping me get my gaming pc back up and running smoothly. He came in introduced himself and showed me everything he was doing and explained and walked me through all my questions. He even ran extra tests to make sure it was all working properly after he did the update. If you need anything tech related he is the man. Do not hesitate!! 10/10!!

Jeff was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He installed on my laptop a battery and port for recharging it. He recommended a manufacturer's power cord, he ordered for me and it arrived on time. Once the charger arrived I hooked it up to my laptop to charge all night. In the morning I found that it had not recharged. Jeff ordered another port and will install when we reschedule. I definitely recommend his service and would hire him again without hesitation. Really, Worry Free Tech was "top of the line" in all respects. I've used computers since 1982, but I am not technically gifted. Worry Free Tech definitely is, yet he made it easy for me to explain what was wrong with my system -- and easy for me to understand the best ways to correct the problems. He explained clearly the risks and benefits of options I was considering. And he had much better ideas than I had been considering.
