I contacted X&M after a big HVAC company indicated that a part should be replaced and another part cleaned and reinstalled. Richard responded immediately and left me a message. I called him back. He gave me pricing over the phone. Within an hour and half he was at my house completing the work. He explained that the other company should have taken care of the cleaning as part of their maintenance at no charge. I will be canceling my maintenance contract with the big company and switching to X&M. I found Richard to be responsive, prompt, honest, thorough and a good value.
Super helpful when my ceiling started leaking around 9:15 pm at night and this team was at my door by 10 pm and promptly fixed the issue.
Mr. Richard Cruz did a great job. He was punctual. He is knowledgeable and kindly answered all our questions and concerns. He identified some issues with our HVAC units and provided recommendations. He taught us how to properly adjust the thermostats to improve efficiencies. Most importantly, he was honest with the diagnostic and did not try to sell us services that we do not need it.
