A fantastic experience by accelerating. They showed up at my residence within hours. They replaced the lock and was able to get it matched with others in the house. Would highly recommend for your locksmith needs.

I was surprised that he returned my call so fast, and it was late. He came right over and did an excellent job. it was midnight when the job was completed. I just moved in my home and needed all my locks done. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I feel more secure in my home. I would recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate when and if I need any work done in the future. #1 pick in my book. Thank you so much for the excellent job you did!!!
What a pleasant experience we had! Very responsive, prompt and completed the job in a very timely manner. It didn’t even take a hour! I would highly recommend!
Very nice guy! Quick, quality service. Moe made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before leaving. Fair pricing. Definitely recommend!
I had an issue with a lock that got stuck, he arrived in 20 minutes, fixed and replaced with a better quality lock
Very courteous
Great
Moe helped me out tremendously. He installed smart locks on my new home and was able to swap out my keypad for my garage. He also helped me to narrow down my multiple key dilemma. I will definitely reach back out for assistance in the future.
Moe was great unlocking the lock and getting mom inside her home. He also replaced the top dead bolt and will replace the bottom lock tomorrow with a new sturdy one. A+++++! Thank you!
I contacted Moe with Excel Locksmith for the first time today around noon inquiring about installing a keyless lock. he responded within minutes and the lock was installed by 4:30pm the same day! Service was outstanding! price was fair and reasonable...and all of this was accomplished in Warren, Ohio while I was in Chicago.
Moe was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. He was flexible on timing and offered options to address my needs. He did a quality job and was very friendly.
Xcel did a great job changing locks on one 100+ year old door and installing a deadbolt on another. He was quick and thorough and was willing to do the deadbolt even though it was not part of the initial job. Great experience!
I could only choose 3 items, but Xcel was awesome!! He jumped on visiting my house, understood what I wanted, quoted a fair price, and knocked it out fast!!! Quality work and materials for a good price!
Mo was an absolute joy to work with! My fiance had to have him come back 3 times because we didn’t have the right equipment. His work is professional, clean, and his personality is also fantastic. He’s very friendly and we thought that we could trust him to do a good job, which he did! 5 stars. Also, he’s very good with communication and concerned about your privacy and safety. I would recommend him to family or friends. Thank you Mo! And all the best to you in the future. If I ever need another Locksmith, you’re the man. 👊
