Reviews
Xavier and his team showed up on time, were polite and professional. He took the time to protect my flooring before they even started! He communicated well and made sure I didnt have any questions! His work is outstanding. I was able to ask if he could do another job for me and he said they definitely could. Ill be reaching out again for another estimate for the back yard! If you need work done...he's your guy!!
Xavier and team did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, and communicated timely. The estimate was very reasonable and the work they did to remediate mold and install flooring looked great. I would highly recommend their services.
Just had a sump pump installed with battery backup. Xavier was really professional and believe did a great job. Good value compared to other quotes.
They were polite, throughly reviewed the work and professional in all their actions.
Very responsive & professional. My sump pump went out and he was able to get to me the next day. I would highly recommend! I will definitely use this service in the future if I have anymore issues.
The tech showed up on time within the provided 30 minute window. Very professional and quickly identified and fixed the issue.
Xavier and his team did an excellent job— replaced sump pump and installed new drain line. The whole project was handled very professionally from start to finish. He provided a thorough overview of the work to be done, a detailed estimate and communicated very well. Team arrived as scheduled and completed the job as promised. Very pleased with the results and would hire for additional jobs. Highly recommend.
I recently worked with this company to get my basement floor drain replaced and I’m really satisfied with the outcome. From the first call they were easy to speak with and explained everything that needed to be done while being honest and clear with pricing. Working with contractors who carry integrity is an A+ for me and this company is the definition of that. My new drain works perfectly and I would definitely call them again is needing more work done in the future!
Great service. Did an excellent job at explaining the system and how it works and how to troubleshoot.
I’m very happy with the work that was completed very professional service and the work quality was great.
Finally i have successfully installed my sump pump with xcellent renovation team , the work was very quick and clean , they have tested it successfully , although we do have some miscommunication to schedule the appointment but finally we made it , thanks
Xavier and his team did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process. He didn't try to sell me a whole basement drainage system, just one where we needed it. Was also able to add a drain for us. Would definitely recommend!
They provided an easy to understand explanation of why I was getting water in my basement, they provided a great value in their quote, and they did great work.
I had a wonderful experience with Xavier and the excellent renovations team. He provided a quick and honest quote with no messing around and was easy to schedule with and work with I would highly recommend.
Xavier came to give me a free estimate and was incredibly helpful, he gave me a fair quote and got the work done within 3 days. Would definitely hire them again in the future
Xavier was on time, fast to work, got job done, finished, under time frame given, cleanup was great, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, hard working right to it guy!!! Would definitely get him again, and would recommend!!!
Xavier helped so greatly throughout the process of fixing my downspout piping throughout my yard, very knowledgeable and understands peoples needs. No playing around here. Xcellent renovation’s is the real deal 10/10 when it comes to professionalism, service, pricing, and knowledge and I highly recommend them for future work!
Update: unfortunately the work did stand up when it actually was raining and I had to have someone else come out and fix the issue—water was spraying about 4 feet out. I would recommend this company and use them again (hopefully I do not need to 😁). Xavier was very responsive and answered all of my questions, even when I’m sure I was overthinking things (and probably annoying) —he calmly and completely answered.
Project from start to finish took two days. Xcellent is very quick with their responses and were very transparent throughout the whole process. Job description: mold removal. We had mold from our basement flooding due to failed sump pump. The carpet had to be ripped up and a mold test showed more areas of the basement were affected. Xcellent aided us in replacing dry wall, fumigating, and installing professional flooring to not only remediate the mold but make our basement look better than before. They allowed us creative freedom with whatever we wanted and got the job done budget friendly. A job like this is in the $4k range. Team consisted of Xavier (same guy that came out for the estimate) and two others whom showed up punctually both days. Everything had a paper trail for everyone’s records and they even gave us a 10% discount. We do not have any complaints working with this company and we hoped to work with them again very soon.
