Really happy with our project! We hired James to install doors into our second living room area as well as paint and fix some other issues with the room. He was transparent with pricing and easy to get in touch with. He was very nice and hard working! We had an unfortunate issue with one of our doors but he was able to quickly help us find a solution that fixed the problem. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the north east Ohio area!

XGM came through for us and worked us into their schedule. Very professional and great pricing. The drywall was finished and looks awesome. Cleaned up after themselves also. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. Highly recommend. Thanks James and Mario!!!

I can't say enough about the work done by James. Not only did he do an outstanding job with replacing my toilet, repairing faucet, drawer repair and installing security light he responed quickly and jobs were done within a day. He is professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and I will be using him for all my future jobs.

James demonstrated professionalism and a dedicated work approach even at first meeting him when he came to give an estimate. He immediately fixed my vanity drawers! His estimate was reasonable, he showed up for the job when he said he would, he worked efficiently, and he completed my job quickly and well. As a bonus, James interacted well with my cat who is normally skittish. Thanks for finishing my bathroom remodel with skill and care.

James did an excellent job installing a double barn door for my master bath. He was very responsive to my ideas of what I wanted and definitely delivered.

I hired James in spring 2023 but am just not getting around to reviewing him. Initially hired to install a couple things in my bathroom (shower kit, cement board), James ended up helping me finish my entire bathroom. He provided insight based on his past experiences, gave his input but respected if I chose a different route, and worked with me on creative solutions for my quirky house. After the bathroom, I hired James for my kitchen remodel. Both rooms included plumbing, electrical, drywall, mudding, tiling, and cabinet installation. James is extremely talented, detail oriented, and a great guy to be around. I can’t recommend him enough.
