Was able to come out just 1 hour after I put a trouble call in, whereas the other companies couldn’t get someone out to fix my AC until later in the week. Definitely saved us from the trouble of sleeping in a hot house for a week, and his rate was fair!

They are very responsive and quick to come out. Didn’t try to just immediately upsell us on replacing the whole hvac unit, and actually examined it to see if there were repairs that could be made. They didn’t try to nickel and dime us on service fees and I would definitely call them again for future issues.

I spent four weeks with no AC and these folks figured out what the problem was and got it fixed. I will be forever grateful for their service.
1st of all - the gentleman who came out for the consult had on a company shirt that said Blue Zepplin or something like that so that caught me off guard. 2nd of all - this is not the first hvac guy I’ve had come out and inspect my unit in the last month (we are selling and have to fix the drain pan due to rust) and neither company ever noted my unit was leaking or in need of maintenance for such- the first one who came out 2 weeks ago said the unit ran great and was fine but the pan was rusty so bc or that my home warranty wouldn’t cover the issue.. which is when I reached out to another company. The gentleman who came from this service also said the unit was fine and nothing but the drain pan was wrong. This gentleman did eventually write me an invoice for a couple other things (including the drain pan replacement) he noticed such as it needing a different kind of sensor/switch - 1100$ .. which I was fine with paying and having done… that was 10 am. At 9 pm that night I noticed the ceiling directly under my attic where the hvac unit is housed was leaking and draining into the walls of the bathroom making bubbles in the paint from the water… I opened my attic and the hvac unit was actively dripping and leaking into the insulation and therefore into the ceiling of the bathroom. Huge coincidence I guess. Either way - not a fan of the interaction so leaving my due diligence review. Use at own risk.
