Reviews
great experience - communication was thorough and on time
I rented the mini bus at the end of Jan. for my daughter’s 16th birthday sleepover. DeAndre was always professional, and responsive to my questions. On the day of the event, my driver, Matthew was a few minutes early. There were 5 people total that had to be picked up. He picked each of them up, drove them around, and made extra stops in between. My daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves. The experience ended up being better than I imagined and I will definitely use this service again.
Very Helpful
Great experience working with them, going above to make things work for us, even with giving them short notice.
All around great service. Couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle or driver for a birthday celebration. Would highly recommend Excellence Express to anyone needing a party bus or other vehicle service.
The service was fantastic from the moment we contacted them for information. They always answered all our questions patiently, and the communication was wonderful. The driver was exceptionally kind and respectful. The reason I’m giving only 4 stars is because both the audio and video in the limousine didn’t work. The screen never turned on, and the music kept cutting out every five seconds, so we couldn’t enjoy the ride the way we had imagined. I believe what makes the difference between hiring regular transportation and a party limo is precisely that—the chance to celebrate with your friends as if you were in a moving nightclub. My daughter, the birthday girl, and her guests were very disappointed they couldn’t have that experience. Hopefully, this can be fixed because the service itself is excellent.
Everyone at Excellence Express was phenomenal to work with! I got an initial call SO fast after submitting an inquiry and he was so clear about options, availability, and pricing - no games or run around. Communication was so open the whole time I had any questions beforehand and the day of our driver was AWESOME. We had a lot of running around different spots and went all over the place and it was SUCH a comfortable ride, we felt very safe. He was so flexible with adding stops and was so polite and helpful setting up our music and just really added to our day. I took so many business cards to share because we will definitely be using you guys again for future events and telling all of our friends! Thank you!!
Very informative conversation and professionalism.
Perfect communication from start to finish. Will definitely book again
Got the party bus and it was awesome!! Definitely would book again!!
The overall experience was good, beside when the driver pulled off with the air brakes engaged. The bus smelt like burning rubber, it was hard to breathe.
they made everything easy and were very professional, i would highly recommend booking with them!
Service was incredible. On time, efficient and clean. Will definitely book again.
Thank you, DeAndre, for an amazing experience. Everything went perfectly, and Matthew was an exceptional driver. The service was top-notch, and your fleet is truly impressive. We received many compliments during our time out. I sincerely appreciate the fantastic value of the rental; it was definitely worth the cost.
