He took the fan apart and could get it back together please see picture of how he left my ceiling. He spoke limited English and wasn’t able to convey what he was saying 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Yamir did a phenomenal job identifying and fixing a problem with a light fixture and ceiling fan that wouldnt work in our new house. He responded immediately and showed up within a few hours to fix our problems. He helped us wire and mount a ceiling fan as well as fixed a faulty and potentially dangerous outlet. We were lucky to get someone with Yamir's experience as fast as we did, and all for a very fair price. We will absolutely continue to use Yamir when we can, I strongly recommend him for any home improvement projects you need. Easiest 5 star review I've written.

Yamir responded within an hour for a small blind installation. His professionalism and knowledge lead to an installation of our fan for our lanai. Then I ask to see if he can anchor my 75” TV. He drove to Walmart, bought everything and mounted TV. Ran the cords behind the wall and looks so clean without any cords showing. Before leaving, he also consulted me with my upcoming project and definitely saving his number on my contact! Thank you so much!
The job was performed 5 star from start to finish. He arrived on time and the work was top notch! He did not leave until I was totally satisfied with the job! I will definitely be hiring him again for other jobs in the future!!!
Y&L were very responsive and at first had high hopes give the other good reviews, but I was very wrong. The job was to remove a door frame and install it in reverse. Y&L told me they would be able to do it so I had faith in them. Ultimately the proof is in the photos to see the incredibly poor workmanship. Instead of being apologetic he was defensive claiming I was “outdated in my expectations” however I will let the photos speak for themself. He also claimed I did not provide enough details however there is nothing more I could have shared and nothing more was asked of me. I would expect the professional to ask what details are needed and not point fingers back at the customer. Y&L asked for more money to come back and finish the job they should have done right the first time, and they were still not sure of a solution to fix the crookedness, thus I decided to move on with someone else and potentially a new frame. Very disappointed in the money I wasted and how Y&L did not take accountability. If you are not confident you can do a job, don’t experiment on a customer and ask them to pay for you to keep coming back while you learn on the job. Given the high reviews one would hope they were more apologetic and willing to make this right, but they were far from that.
