Reviews
I relied upon Yaya Services to help me move a sofa from one level of my home to another down a narrow staircase. They were at my door less than 90 minutes after I contacted them ready to get to work. They also helped me lay some rugs under a few heavy pieces of furniture. They got both jobs done with precision making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. The Yaya Services team works quickly, pleasantly, and respectfully at a fair price. I would not hesitate to call them again for help.
Great working with the team at YAYA Services. They were quick to respond and very timely.
They were very responsive and professional. They worked quickly but carefully.
Helped me with a couch that needed to be moved up 3 flights of stairs. Was very lucky to have gotten squeezed in right away. Quick and professiional.
They contacted me immediately after I requested a quote, were very responsive as we texted, showed up on time and did what we needed. Great experience with Yaya!
Had an amazing experience. Needed last minute moving help. They showed up and were very kind, efficient, and handled my items with care. Would highly recommend this company!!
Two people came and were able to move my furniture carefully and swiftly. Very professional, highly recommend
The team worked incredibly hard to move a very heavy piece of furniture weighting 400 lbs. they were very professional and very helpful! Very impressive same day service! Recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.
No-show for the agreed upon time, with no response to multiple follow ups.
Great work and great team. The 3 gentlemen were super nice, very helpful and prompt with their work. They work very fast yet careful. Hire them for any moving or furniture assembly job! You won’t regret it!
Very easy to deal with, worked quickly and charged a fair price to move a few pieces of heavy furniture between floors of our rowhouse
I sincerely appreciate the exceptional help I received moving a 200-pound massage chair upstairs, which we recently purchased from Costco. My husband and son initially tried the task; however, the weight proved too much for my son to manage on his own. I was fortunate to have a highly capable team respond to my request for help. They arrived promptly and communicated clearly, responding quickly to all my questions. Despite the chair's considerable weight, they expertly navigated the stairs and placed it carefully in my master bedroom. The team was polite, professional, and exceptionally courteous throughout the process. Remarkably, they caused no damage to the chair or my stairs, moving it with impressive skill and care. I am genuinely grateful for their service and would not hesitate to hire them again for any future endeavors requiring assistance. Their professionalism and consideration truly made a positive impact, and I am delighted to have found such reliable help.
So grateful for yaya services! booked late at night and they showed up the next day and got everything done in under 1 hour, and no elevator !!!! They did an awesome job helping me honestly with all the stairs lol! Thank you Yaya Services! Attached is a photo of all the stuff in the truck they brought upstairs .
Thank you both for the help with our move. You responded quickly to my request, then you got here and everything went so quickly. I appreciate all of your help and I will definitely contact you again with any future moves.
