What a stark contrast compared to dealing with most GCs and construction companies. I had a bit of an oddball project in removing some rafter ties and subsequently altering the roof support, but the team at YNK showed up and addressed the problem with enthusiasm and eagerness. Every person that I met on their team was courteous and willing to help. Most companies I called for a quote brushed me off or refused the job for being too small. Their communication during the project was clear and timely, and I never had to micromanage them. Overall fantastic experience with them, and I won't hesitate to call YNK again. Thank you YNK!

About YNK Construction
YNK Construction is a licensed design-build contractor focused on full home remodels, additions, and ADUs. We handle planning, layout, material selection, permitting, and construction under one scope so the project is defined before work begins. Most remodeling issues come from unclear plans and shifting decisions. We solve that upfront. We take on projects where multiple trades need to be coordinated properly, including kitchens, bathrooms, home expansions, and whole-home renovations. If you’re early in the process, we’ll help you understand scope and budget. If you already have plans, we’ll review them before construction starts.
Reviews
The job has not begun yet, but so far communication and plans have gone amazingly.
Working with Yan and his team at YNK has been a very positive experience. It was my first time remodeling a condo and without their help, knowledge and expertise it would not have been possible. They replace the kitchen countertops, installed new windows and a HVAC system, replace my bathroom vanity, etc… The communication with Yan was excellent; Luis went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and easy as possible. And above all their work was done on time. YNK team was professional, reliable and courteous. I am very pleased with the remodeling and would highly recommend their services.
