About Yoga with Amber

Hello! I'm so excited you're here. I began practicing yoga many years ago at home and enjoyed it well enough. Practicing yoga with others changed my life though. Moving with someone else, sharing the breath and the desire to return to yourself, if only for an hour, is truly magical. I became a yoga teacher because I wanted to help others feel more like themselves. To live a life with less stress, more peace, and to accept themselves, exactly as they are. I am also a Licensed Social Worker, and I believe strongly in the benefits of yoga for mental health. I also have a love for playing a singing bowl, if you're into that sort of thing!
